Our Community is nestled in 17 acres of a wooded 115 acre parcel.  Benton Hills offers large flat lots, paved roads and a picturesque setting with its tree lined open meadows. You can find this unique country setting just 3.7 miles (5 min) through state roads to Interstate 81.

Just around the corner is the entrance to Lackawanna State Park. The state land also borders the lands of Benton Hills. The park consists of approximately 1200 acres and a 198 acre lake.  There is free boat access at 3 launch sites. The lake boasts some of the regions best fishing. There is a huge swimming pool with great food and ice cream at Pop Pop’s concession stand. You can play in the playgrounds, hike the trails, bike the paths or picnic on the mowed grounds. If you are a king of the barbee no worries there are grills there too. There is also a campground with tent sites and full hook up sites for your RV.
